ALL BEGAN ON A RADIO TALK SHOW!
It all started about seven years ago as a small segment on
one of my radio show series in San Luis Obispo California.
At that time I traveled around the country doing real estate
talk shows. A lot of our listeners were getting frustrated
trying to sell their homes. The market was not as strong as
it is today and we helped people with problems and free advertising
to help them sell their homes. |

we develop a website for our listeners. One of our listeners
called us the "Home Finders show" and this is how
we got the name. At that time I had personally been in the
real estate business for over 30 years, sold over 7500 properties
but had no idea how to use a computer. As I went through the
learning process I looked at a lot of real estate websites.
Many were difficult to use or did not have the important information
that buyers and sellers really need. Many required calling
an agent to get even basic details. Our audience was having
the same problems. We put a few properties on our "Home
Finders" site as an experiment. We disclosed every detailed
bit of information they requested while respecting their privacy.
We only called someone if they specifically asked us to. We
referred them to top level agents and brokers when they asked
for help. The experiment was a success, the properties sold
rapidly and everyone was happy. |
